Cabin Fever Avoidance.

Last week our house was struck down with a rather nasty virus.  I'll spare you the details but suffice to say that the first day of the first week of the Easter Holidays wasn't exactly great timing!  Especially as we'd planned a rather awesome camping trip.  For the first two days we were housebound but since then, we've tried to do little somethings each day to avoid the dreaded cabin fever.  We've made little trips to Cheshire Oaks to do mini golf & bowling, been on daffodil walks (well Grant and Jake did - I slept for 5 hours this day), Cheshire Ice cream farm, Martin Mere and today we decided to go to Llandudno for the afternoon. It was a gorgeous day for it - the sun was shining and it was really quite lovely. Today was the first time I felt like picking up my camera.  So here are some of my favourites from the day. The absolute best fish and chips in all the land is at the Orme tram station!

I must admit trying to walk up the Great Orme to the ski centre (Jacob wanted to go on the toboggan) nearly finished us off!

Next week is a new week. Although we aren't completely better - I still feel like I am underwater attempting to swallow a cheese grater - we have big plans which I know are going to be lots of fun!

Hope you enjoy these family pics. Remember to document your days too! <3
